Translation accuracy
Rosetta uses third-party translation engines (Google Translate, MyMemory). Translations are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. They may not be perfectly accurate. Do not rely on Rosetta translations for medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions.
Content and intellectual property
The Rosetta app, its design, and original content are the property of Akshay Mahajan. The translation engines are provided by Google and other third parties under their own terms. You retain ownership of any text you input.
Third-party links and services
This site uses Google Translate, MyMemory, PeerJS and Google AdSense. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Akshay Mahajan is not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
Disclaimer
Rosetta is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance or issues with third-party translation APIs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
